"How lovely is your dwelling place, Lord Almighty! My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the Lord, my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God." Psalm 84:1-2

Updates.....

The Season's Update:
I have some good news to report!! My parents are actually two of only about 10 or so employees still working. 65 other workers are out of jobs at this time. It is kind of complicated and there is still alot of questions unanswered but as of right now they have told my dad they intend to keep him on salary. He has two employees and mainly they are just doing deep cleaning and other things like that. They are doing a few banquets in the convention center, where we had our reception but there is far less work then normal right now.
As for my mom, she too will be continuing to work 5 days a week. The owner wants someone to be there to answer the phone all day and night so since my mom has the most seniority she gets to stay at the front desk. (she and a few others) It is definitely boring and she only got a few phone calls during her shift yesterday but at least she has a job!
The owner is leaning on opening back up but no major decisions have been made on what that might look like and even if they do it could take a few months. The owner has to wait on the investigation to be done until he can move forward in demolishing the damaged part and they can't let customers back in until the demolishing is done because of safety reasons. So we are kind of at a standstill but my parents are doing good!!
As for all the rest of the workers, they trying to get other jobs and taking unemployment for the time being. Please continue to pray for them and the situation because things could change in a moment!!

Baby Hayden update:
I went to the doctor a week ago and have one coming up in a week! I have two more two week appts and then I am at every week!!! I will be 35 weeks on Wednesday!! Maybe I will get a picture of my belly on here pretty soon! I also have been having more structural problems this pregnancy and I have had separation of muscles that causes a lot of pain when walking! So I just have to make myself take it easy because if I don't, I can't walk the next day! I have been thinking about labor and reality is definitely starting to set in!! Pray for strength for me as I attempt my third natural labor!! (yikes!!!!!) I wish it didn't have to hurt so bad but I have done twice before so hopefully I can do it again but it is very scary!

Other updates:
Below are some pictures I took last month of kids playing with our couch cushions! They love to take them all off and jump around!! Tomorrow is "ME Time" so I am busy preparing for that and trying to get a head of things for next month's meeting just in case I can't be there!! Gene is also leaving for Wisconsin tomorrow and won't be back until Wednesday night for work seminars! He has to ride in a small plane which kind of makes him nervous!! (and me) Gene and I are praying for direction in his job situation because we would love to be done with his current job soon and on to a more family oriented job! (more regular schedule and less hours)

Hey Annie -
It was fun talking to you the other night. Keep me posted on your appointments. Make sure you take it easy. I love how they tell you to do that with two little kids! But try! Ha. Talk to you soon.
Love,
Kristy

Glad to hear your parents are doing better!! Can't believe youve done birth natural twice. I just couldn't relax enough to make progress. After several hours at 3 cm (completely thinned out though), I finally got an epideral. During the epidural, and within 15 minutes of getting the epidural I was at 9 cm, and within an hour, Bekah was born. I'm hoping the same with Sarah, but we'll see. Try to relax so your body will be rested enough to do it again!!

I can't believe you are 35 weeks along already. I feel like my pregnancy is just dragging on :)

That is wonderful that you were able to do it naturally with both of your children- you can definitely do it again :) I was able to do the same, but I was induced, so it made things a lot harder. I hope that this time I won't be induced and going naturally will be a little bit better, but we'll have to wait and see.

Good luck! Can't wait to hear what happens.
