"How lovely is your dwelling place, Lord Almighty! My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the Lord, my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God." Psalm 84:1-2

Snow!

Finally, we got some snow!! We got almost 4 inches! Grace was so excited! I kept telling her that we were going to go outside a little bit later but she still insisted on wearing her snow gear for about an hour before we actually went outside! She sat there with her coat on looking at the snow!! Poor Grace, we only got to play outside for about 20 mins because Dax would not cooperate with his snow gear!! (kept taking off his gloves and boots) We did build a small snowman! I told her when Daddy got home today maybe they could go out again!

PS There are some updates about the Buck Family on their website so keep checking and praying! Also, if you have time they have a place on the website to leave messages for them! It would be such an encouragement to know that they have all kinds of people from all over praying for them even if you don't know them!!

Hey Annie -
I've been keeping up on how Josh is doing too. I can't imagine what his wife is going through. On a lighter note! Go Colts! The game was very intense and exciting last night. I really hope they win the Super Bowl. I think they will.

Looks like fun. We may have to attempt to go outside this afternoon too. We don't have that much snow though he in Toledo, Ohio. Still snowing now so who knows how much we will get. I have been following the Buck story too. It is so sad when you hear it happens to people you know, hopefully he will recover soon enough to get back home at least to see his beautiful children.

Hey Annie! I like the new look for your blog...

We got to be out in the snow a little while too...Titus loved it and threw the biggest fit when we tried to get him back in the car to head home :)

As for the Buck family, I grew up with Shelly in the same church in Michigan, so I know the family pretty well - Titus is about a month younger than their little girl that died. They have been through so much. I keep checking the website...there is so much to be thankful for in the midst of everything!!

I keep thinking about what Stephen challenged us in church yesterday - "not my will but Yours be done." So hard to actually live that out. I can't imagine if Stephen was in the same situation as Josh. Would I really pray that God's will be done - even if it meant paralysis?!? Tough one for me to think about.

Anyway, I am not trying to take up your whole comment section, so have a great day!
