We did plenty of baking over the holidays which was fun! My kids love to help me out and one of their favorites are sugar cookies! Here are some pictures of the slightly messy fun!!
We did various ways of decorating them... sprinkles, colored icing and painting them with colored egg yolks!
"Look Mom.... I built a tower!"
(side note: if you are going to let your child build a tower with sprinkles then make sure the lids are on!)
It can be messy (and lots of work for me) but it's always lots of fun for the kids and worth it!
I really need to catch up so expect alot of posts over the next couple of days!

I had to laugh at the sprinkle tower...I can see myself forgetting to make sure the lids were on!! :) :)
It looks like a lot of fun...maybe one of these days I will get brave :) :)
